How to Make Beetroot Halwa at home
Beetroot is a good for health. It contains more nutritious, this juice is a help to improve blood. Here is the step by step process of making Beetroot Halwa.
Ingredients:
500 grams beetroots
3 cups Milk
6 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
Preparation:
1. Peel off the beetroots and then grate the beetroots. Kept in a bowl.
2. Heat the kadai and add the milk to it. Boil the milk until they boil.
3. Heat the pan with ghee then add the cashew nuts. Stir till they become light golden color.
4. Take them into the bowl. Then add the chopped beetroot. Stir well then cook for 10 minutes. Then add the boiled milk. Mix untill chopped beetroot and milk combined properly.
5. Cook on a low flame untill they become thick mixture.
6.When the mixture turns thicken stir continuously to prevent sticking to bottom of the pan.
7. When the mixture turns thicken add the sugr and remaining ghee. Stir once and cook till the sugar melts and the mosture goes away.
8. Then add the cardamom powder and roasted cashew nuts to it. Mix once.
9. Cook for few minutes then switch off the stove.
10. Finally the beetroot halwa is ready serve it into the serving bowl and enjoy the sweet taste.
