How to Make Paneer Dosa at Home
Most of the peoples like paneer. Make the breakfast with the dosa and paneer and enjoy this with your family. Here is the step by step process of making paneer dosa.Prepare the filling mixture by adding chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and paneer. Kept into a bowl. Prepare dosa then add the filling mixture to it cut them into the different shapes. Serve hot and enjoy the yummy taste.
Ingredients:
2cups Rice1cup Urad Daal
1tsp Fenugreek Seeds
250Grams Paneer
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1/2cup chopped coriander leaves
5 Garlic Cloves
Pinch of Turmeric
Salt as required
Oil as required
Bitter as required
Preparation:
1. Soak the rice and urad daal overnight or 5hours.2. Also, soak the fenugreek seeds in the rice. Mix the urad daal and rice grind them till the mixture becomes bladder. Add some water to make bladder.
3. Take the bladder into the bowl. Then prepare the paneer mixture for filling into the dosa.
4. Chope the onions and tomatoes and garlic cloves, kept aside. Also, crumble the paneer.
5. Heat the pan with the 2tbsp oil. Add the cumin and chopped garlic, saute once.
6. Then add the chopped onion, saute once and cook until the onions become light golden colour.
7. Then add the tomatoes, mix once and cook for 5minutes.
8. Then add the chopped coriander leaves and the crumbled paneer. Then add the red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 1minute. Take the mixture into the bowl.
9. Heat the tawa. Spread the bladder throughout the tawa in a circle. Then add the butter on the top of the dosa. Cook until the dosa become light golden colour.
10. Then put the 2tbsps paneer filling to the top of the dosa. And fold it like a diamond shape or cone.
11. Crispy paneer dosa is ready serve hot with the sambar and coconut chutney.
