How to Make Mushroom Ghee Roast Recipe

Mushroom Ghee Roast is a yummy recipe. I enjoy this recipe while making and eating. It is a yummy starter recipe every one must try this and enjoy with your family. Here is the step by step process of making the full recipe.
First prepare the gravy by adding the spices and the onions, sauce to the pan. Then add the chopped cleaned mushrooms and salt. After that mushrooms are properly cooked add the cashews and curry leaves. Mix well. Finally, the Mushroom ghee roast is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.

Ingredients:

250grams Mushrooms
1 Small Onion
1tbsp garlic paste
5tbsp ghee
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp grated coconut
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 tsp pepper
2 springs curry leaves
10 cashews
Salt as required

Preparation:

1. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces, clean well with water. Dry them by using the tissue. Kept aside.
2. Chope the onion. Kept aside.
3. Heat the pan with ghee. Fry the cashews till they become light golden colour. Take it from the pan into the bowl.
4. Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and chopped garlic, mix well.
5. Then add the chopped onions, saute once. Cook till the onions become light golden colour. Then add the ginger paste. Mix once.
6. Cook till the raw smell goes away. Then add the chilli sauce and the tomato ketchup, mix once.
7. Then add the cleaned mushrooms, saute once. And cook till the mushrooms cook well.
8. Then add the garam masala mix once. And add the curry leaves and the cashews, mix well.
9. Cook for 1 minute. Finally, the Mushroom Ghee Roast is ready to serve hot and Enjoy.
