How to Make Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams chicken4 tomatoes
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 chopped onion
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 chopped green chili
3 tsp red chili powder
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cream
2 tbsp cashew and almond paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt as required
Preparation:
1. Clean the chicken with water and dry the water from it.2. Add the yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste to the cleaned chicken. And also add the lemon juice.
3. Mix the mixture well until the chicken mix with spices.
4. Keep this mixture in the refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight for best.
5. Heat the tawa with butter and add the marinated chicken. Cook till the chicken becomes golden color and the moisture evaporates.
6. Cook at least 25 minutes.
7. Heat the pan with butter, add dry spices fry for 2 minutes. Then add the green chilies.
8. Then add the chopped onions, saute once cook until the onions become golden color.
9. Cut the tomatoes and blend them till they become paste.
10. Add this paste to the pan. Mix well. Cook them till the tomato paste releases grease from the pan. Then add the salt and red chili powder. Mix once.
11. Then add the cashew and almond paste and add some water cook till the mixture boil.
12. Then add the chicken pieces, mix well cook for 10 minutes till it becomes tender.
13. Pour the cream cook for 2 minutes.
14. Then take the mixture to the serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
15. Butter chicken recipe is prepared. Serve it with the rice and roti.
