How to Make Asparagus Risotto Recipe
Asparagus Risotto is a yummy and delicious recipe, everyone would like to eat this recipe it is a Chinese recipe. Here is the step by step process of making asparagus risotto recipe.
Ingredients:
500grams asparagus
200ml water
500ml vegetable stock
250ml Dry white wine
400grams risotto rice
50grams grated cheese
1 pinch of sugar
Salt as required
2tbsp of butter
1 finely diced shallot
Preparation:
1. Trim the asparagus and cut off the tips from the asparagus and reserve.
2. Thinly slice the stalks. Boil the water with a pinch of sugar and salt. Then add the asparagus tips and cook for about 6minutes.
3. Remove from the pan and reserve the cooking liquid, and transfer to a colander under cold running water to stop the cooking. Kept aside.
4. Heat the skillet with 1 tbsp of butter, then add the asparagus slices and shallot to the skillet. Saut them until they tender.
5. Then add the rice stir once and saute well.
6. Mix the win with the reserved asparagus water and vegetable stock. Pour 2 ladlefuls of the mixture onto the rice and cook over a medium heat. Cook until it has been absorbed.
7. Continue to add the broth in this way, allowing the last ladleful to be observed before adding the next and stirring frequently.
8. When the rice is cooked but still slightly hard in the center, carefully stir in the asparagus tips, the remaining butter and the parmesan cheese.
6. Finally, the asparagus risotto recipe is ready to season with salt and pepper.
7.Serve hot and sprinkle with coarsely and grated cheese.
