How to Make Cream Egg Curry


Here is the step by step simple process of making Creamy Egg Curry or Malai Anda curry. First of all the boil the eggs. And cook the tomatoes and green chillies. Blend the tomatoes and green chillies into the smooth puree.

Cut the onions and spring onions. Heat the pan with oil. Fry the onions and add the ginger garlic paste. Then add the tomato puree. Cook till they become the thick paste. Then add the eggs cook for few minutes.

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
4 big tomatoes
1 big onions
1/2 tsp spring onions
3 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red paprika
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt as required
Oil as required

Preparation:

1. Heat the water and boil the eggs. Kept aside.

2. Heat the pan with oil. Add the tomatoes to it. Cook till the tomatoes cooked. Then add the green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes. Take them into the blender.

3. Blend the tomatoes and green chillies till they become paste. Kept aside.

4. Heat the pan with oil, peel off the skin off of the eggs. Add the boiled eggs to it. Fry them for 2 minutes.

5. In the same pan add some oil. Heat them, add the cumin seeds, then add the chopped onions and spring onions.

6. Cook till the onions become light golden colour. Then add the ginger and garlic paste. Saute well. Cook till the raw smell goes away.

7. Then add the tomato puree and red chilli powder. Cook for 5 minutes, add the 1/2 cup water and cook till it becomes the thick paste.

8. Then add the cream, mix well. Cook for few minutes.

9. Cut the eggs in half then add those to the paste. Cook for few minutes. Finally, the creamy egg curry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
