How to Make Chicken Cream Soup
Here is the step by step process of making chicken cream soup recipe. It’s a very healthy and nutritious food. Take it before the lunch or in place of lunch.
Clean the chicken very well with water. Cut them into the small pieces. Cook the chicken till they cook properly. Then prepare the soup with flour, milk, cream. Add the onions and the carrot to the heated butter and also add the ginger and garlic. Cook for few minutes Then add the flour stir once. And add the milk and cream cook for 3 minutes. Add the chicken broth cook till the soup becomes thick. Then add the cooked chicken and the salt, spices. Cook for few minutes. Serve into the serving bowl enjoy.
Ingredients:
250 grams Chicken
750 grams chicken broth
200 Grams Celery
200 grams onion
1 small carrot
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
300 grams flour
250 grams Milk
250 grams cream
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of ground cayenne pepper
Butter as required

1. Thinly chop the onion, carrot, celery kept aside.
2. Heat the pan with ghee, add the chopped ginger and garlic. Add the chopped onions, stir once.
3. Cook till they become light brown. Add the celery and chopped carrot. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Then add the flour, mix well. Cook for 4minutes.
5. Then add the milk, cream and chicken broth mix well.
6. Cook till the soup becomes thicken not up to bubbling.
7. Clean the chicken and cut them into very small pieces. Cook the chicken till they cook properly.
8. After the soup is ready to add the chicken pieces add them. And also add the salt and spices.
9. Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
