How to Make Modak Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup grated jaggery 2 cups grated coconut 2 tbsp elachi powder 3 tsp ghee 1 cup rice flour 1 cup water 1 tsp salt How to Prepare Modak Recipe: 1. Take the pan heat with 1 tsp ghee. Then add the Jaggery and coconut powder. Mix the mixture well until both blend together. 2. Cook the mixture till the jaggery melts into the liquid and the mixture turns into thick. 3. Then add the elachi powder, stir well and switch off the flame. Kept aside. 4. Take the bowl, add the 1 cup water to boil. And add the salt and 1 tsp ghee. 5. Boil the water. After boiling switch off the stove, add the rice flour. Mix well. 6. Press the mixture with the thumb finger. Make the mixture into smooth and soft dough. 7. If the dough is dry add some water with fingers. Make the dough into small balls. 8.
